Adults

 Adult Ministries

No matter how old you are, home is always important. Our desire is to help adults from all walks of life connect to the church in such a way that it feels like home: a place to belong, a place to grow, a place to feel safe.
Many adults call Breakpoint Church home, and we would like for you to as well!
There are many ways to get connected to the church, but here are 3 easy ways to connect and make our church feel like home.

Men

Picture
The world's definition of manhood has become very confusing.  At Breakpoint, we look at the Biblical call to be a real man as one who rejects passivity, accepts responsibility, leads courageously, and invests in eternity.
Our goal is found in Colossians 1:28 (ESV) - "Him we proclaim, warning everyone and teaching everyone with all wisdom, that we may present everyone mature in Christ."  We have weekly men's Bible studies, yearly retreats, and quarterly gatherings.

Women

Picture
At Breakpoint, you will find a group of women who are hungry for God, dedicated, loving, and hard-working. The Women's Ministry is involved in ministering to ladies that have needs in their lives or who want to join in ministering to others.
Women of all ages are welcome. Come join us and see how Jesus is changing women's lives. We have weekly Bible studies, yearly retreats, and various social gatherings specifically for women.

Discipleship

"None of us will ever forget this man who was totally committed to putting God first, a man whose humble life combined muscular Christianity with radiant godliness." That's how David J. Michell described Eric Liddell, the missionary to China whose life was dramatized in the award-winning movie "Chariots of Fire." Liddell died in a Japanese prison camp in 1945, but his legacy of muscular Christianity and godliness far outlasts the vapor that was his earthly life.

Disciple-making groups aim at producing Eric Liddells—men and women of spiritual muscle, who learn personally from the Master as they walk daily with Him. Such disciples live by the Word, contribute to the work of the church, and influence the world for the cause of the gospel.  The Beginning First Steps for New Disciples, Experiencing God and Discipleship Essentials, A Guide to Building Your Life in Christ is offered throughout the year.

Worship

At Breakpoint Church, we desire the worship of God to be unhindered. We believe that Worship is a time of fellowship as we raise up the Lord's name and humble ourselves as one body of Christ. Every Sunday, our dynamic praise team prepares our hearts for God's Word by leading us in an amazing time of worship.
Mark 12:30 Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.
Luke 4:8 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’”
