Bart Young grew up in southwestern Louisiana, about 4 miles from Texas. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lamar University in Texas and has a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern
Theological Seminary. He worked for over a decade as a minister to college students and single adults. Feeling led by God to become a church planter, Bart moved his family from the Atlanta, GA
suburbs to partner with Grace, the Church on the Mount in Netcong, NJ. He is the founding pastor at Breakpoint Community Church.
Bart is married to Maryanne Young and they have three children. He is a devoted family man and loves pastoring at Breakpoint.
Art Pereira grew up in Long Valley, NJ and graduated from West Morris Central High School in 2009. In May of 2013, he graduated from Nyack College with
his Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Ministry. During his time at Nyack, he served as the youth leader for an urban, international church in Newark, NJ.
He is passionate about building relationships with students and sharing Christ’s love with them, He particularly enjoys seeing God’s people using their
diverse and unique talents. He enjoys a good cup of tea- especially with a friend, a good book. He if frequently seen with a mug in one hand and a book in the other.
