LOUISIANA - MORNING STAR BAPTIST CHURCH
On our mission trip to Vinton, Louisiana in July of 2021, Breakpoint Church formed a strong fellowship with the members of Morning Star Baptist Church and their community. We put on VBS for their kids and helped make food for the attendees. We were able to return again the following summer (July 2022). During those two trips, we developed close relationships with our brothers and sisters in Christ as well as provided a Breakpoint-Style VBS Experience for the youth. In 2022, we packed 120 backpacks full of school supplies, hygiene kits, and food as well. We loved our time with the Vinton Community and are grateful that we could play a part in bringing the youth closer to Christ.
Since then, we have had the blessing of having members from Morning Star join us on our missions trips to Del Rio, Texas & Acuna, Mexico, to served alongside us on these endeavors. Their amazing pastors have also visited Breakpoint as guest speakers, so we've had wonderful opportunities
for continued fellowship with them because of the bond we were able to build on our 2021 and 2022 trips to Vinton.
