Pastor Bart Young
LEAD PASTOR
Bart Young grew up in southwestern Louisiana, about 4 miles from Texas. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Lamar University in Texas, a Masters of Divinity from Southwestern Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Theology and Apologetics from Liberty University. He worked for over a decade as a minister to college students and single adults. Feeling led by God to become a church planter, Bart moved his family from the Atlanta, GA to plant Breakpoint Community Church in 2002. Bart has been married to Maryanne Young for 25 years, and they have three children.
Pastor Jesse Roman
PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP AND CONNECTIONS
Jesse Roman grew up in Blairstown, NJ. He and his wife Rebeccah lived near Philadelphia, PA, for seven years while he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministries and his Master of Divinity from Cairn University. Jesse has several years experience in exegetical teaching and preaching and small group discipleship and is passionate about equipping others to study the Bible. He and Rebeccah have two daughters, Juliet and Penelope, and they love to fellowship with others in their home, especially if coffee is involved. He is blessed by the Lord for the opportunity to live near his hometown and to serve the people of Breakpoint Community Church.
