Psalm 119 Devotion 4/21

ReadPsalm 119:113-120
God’s word keeps us from aligning with the double-minded and the wicked. He gives us His word as a shield to keep us safe. The fear of God is reverence and respect. It is being in awe of God and His laws. When we fear the Lord, we are not afraid of people or circumstances. 
As you read God’s words, may you be filled with gratitude. God loves you enough to give you rules that keep you safe. May you praise God and keep your hope in Him. And may you be encouraged that God loves you and is for you.
